Strictly organic but globally inspired fare. Chef/proprietor Joel Koch heads the kitchen duties and is supported by a loyal staff. The food is ayurvedic influenced while seamlessly adapted to the local consciousness meaning it has a flavor of ayurvedic. Flavors are not aggressive though pronounced. The menu also includes selections of raw cuisine. The atmosphere is cozy, global, with attentive service, sparkles with a Mediterranean flare in a low key and polished presentation. The Kuftas are like organic tasty meatless meatballs, might use a little more hydrophonic flavors. The carrot soup is really yummy. The chocolate cake is hands down the finest you've ever had. And to cap it all off a wide selection of teas and elixirs are available for your liquid requirements. Recommend asking for a booth for long-legged accommodations.
